Damaged Shipments

Notify us at info@gleamkingsdetail.com within 48 hours of delivery time of any leaking or damaged products. If notified after 48 hours of delivery, Gleam Kings Car Care is not held responsible for damaged items.

Missing Items

If there are any missing items in your order please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue.

Shipping Time Frame

Orders will be sent out within 1-2 days after the order was placed. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Shipping days include Monday-Friday excluding all major holidays.
